2- Specify the reason for the return, even if it does not violate the terms of the agreement.

3 - The period to recover the amount takes a maximum of 5 days from the day the application is submitted.

4 - The returnee shall bear the deduction of bank fees in the event of transfer from one bank to another.

5- The amounts will be returned via bank transfer to the same account used or as agreed upon by both parties.
